Midwest Real Estate Group is a real estate investment company specializing in
Apartment Building investments. Midwest Real Estate Group owns and acquires
Residential real estate for investment purposes. Our primary focus is on properties
such as Apartment Buildings while always considering Multifamily, Office Buildings,
Shopping Centers and other Investment Grade properties.
Midwest Real Estate Group seeks to invest in properties which are income-producing
when reasonably leveraged and that have future growth potential. We are also
interested in properties that are under-performing or that can be increased in value
through better enhancements, better management or redevelopment.
In many situations Midwest Real Estate Group engages the services of asset managers
and real estate property managers to insure that the asset and real estate reaches and
maintains its maximum operating potential. Enhancing asset and real estate value is our
main priority when investing.
Midwest Real Estate Group can close quickly or delay the closing as long as needed.
We offer options and solutions for every transaction. We have the ability to handle
several different types of purchases and sales. Midwest Real Estate Group is not
looking to list property, we are looking to acquire properties outright thus saving the
seller and allowing the seller to receive top dollar for the property. All properties
purchased will be held in a portfolio of properties similar to one another for investment
purposes.
While our primary focus is on a select number of markets all property is evaluated.
